Why is there poverty?
For generations people have questioned why would God allow poverty to exist in the world if he is such a just and loving God? Throughout the Bible their is discussion about the virtue of suffering and how suffering creates an endurance within the human spirit.
Is that the reason that God allows poverty? To create endurance?
God said blessed are the poor for they shall inherit the kingdom of heaven.
Are they going to inherit the
kingdom of heaven because they have lived through all the pain and suffering that the world has given them?
GOD'S LOVE does not claim to have the answers as to why there is such an abundance of poverty in the world. We don't know if this is Gods punishment or if it is his reward to a people that have endured endless pain. A reward that will allow them to inherit the kingdom of heaven.
However, we do know that Jesus comanded all of Gods children to love one and other as they love themselves.
There could be an end to poverty if all people banned together and declared that this is a condition that can no longer be tolerated. Each nation would have to get over its individual petiness with other nations and find a way to peacefully co-exist.
Peaceful co-existance could start by allowing people to have their own beliefs, without prejudice, and respecting their right to believe as they so desire. After all the United States of America was founded on these principals.
Shouldn't we honor the principles that our forefathers so wisely developed.
We will never end poverty without education and respect. People need to be educated to learn how to co-exist and they need to respect each others rights and idiosyncrasies.
Povertry could be ended if the people of all nations felt like this was a deplorable condition that could not and should not be tolerated any longer.
All people deserve the right to have water to drink, food to eat, housing to live in, and clothes to wear. This is a right that we as humans should ensure that all of our brothers and sister share equally in, without any prejudice toward them.
GOD'S LOVE may not end poverty on a worldwide level but it will do everything in its power to aid and help all needy people to live their lives with their basic needs being met.
Commonality of Nations in the World:
All civilized nations have the philosophy of love thy neighbor as you love yourself embedded in their law's. This can readily be seen by examining the consequences of breaking the law.
All crimes are a process which involves breaking this philosophy of love. In examining all crimes, whether it be a speeding ticket or murder it is evident there is a disregard for your neighbor.
In a philosophy of love, you love your neighbor as you love yourself. There would be no crime, as people would consider the negative effect that the crime has on your neighbor, no matter how small or big the crime is that is committed.
Newton's third law of motion is based on scientific principles. It states: The mutual forces of action and reaction between two bodies are equal, opposite and collinear. Thus, it is apparent that science and religion hold a commonality when it comes to love your neighbor as you love yourself. Every law broken affects your neighbor in a equal negative way. Therefore, you can see that love your neighbor as you love yourself is embedded in the moral fabric of all nation's.
